We love sharing our wonderful produce with you! We started this blog so that we can keep you up to date with all that is happening on the farm. One of the strengths of a CSA is the direct relationship between the farmer's experience and your experience receiving fresh vegetables weekly.

I don't know if winter squash can be used like summer squash for ratatoille but I am excited about using the eggplant and trying! My kale soup was great, I'm excited about cooking some just like my collard greens down south!

I think you will find the winter squash will be more like a pumpkin than a zucchini. And the kale will work fine being cooked like collards!

yeah, one of my friends said that too, so the new plan is eggplant parmigiana and kale lasagna.
