This chart helps explain what we grow, and when we usually harvest it. For example, you will always get some kind of Salad Mix and some Microgreens (they are our specialty!). But you might only receive Tatsoi a couple of times during your CSA because we harvest it in October. This gives you an idea of what delicious things you have to look forward to!
