With so many days of clouds, rain, storms, and general dreariness, these last four days of sunshine are a certain relief. We have been able to catch up a little on mowing, and we hope to be able to till the gardens beds soon. The cover crops on the fields have grown so large that we need to mow them before we can even till.
Most of the greenhouses are newly planted with the heirloom tomatoes and a few other treasures. We expect to be harvesting Sweet Basil for market by Saturday, the 14th of May.
